Mistral Introduces the Rapid Development Kit (RDK) for TI's OMAP5912 Processor

Highlights of the Rapid Development Kit
The RDK board is a plug-in module for the OSK from TI, which supports four RF modules: GPS, GSM/GPRS, WLAN and Bluetooth on a single board. The RDK provides product developers with an easy-to-use platform to simulate or test the functionality of their end application before finalizing on the product design. This platform can save developers four to six months in their design cycle.
The RDK bundle includes TI's OSK, Mistral's Q-VGA LCD Module (QVLM), Mistral's Camera Module (CMQ), and Mistral's RDK Board along with Windows(R) CE runtime and drivers.
Potential Applications for the Rapid Development Kit
The RDK can be used by developers who are considering deploying applications combining functions such as mobile communications, Internet browsing, hand held telephony, video conferencing, camera, navigation personal media players and smart gadgets.
